The Spyder MR1 Paintball Gun features an off set feed neck, which allows for the feel of a true rifle like sight.  It has a mount for a scope and integrated dovetails for the sight.  The MR1 paintball gun features a removable shoulder stock and has a 12" muzzle barrel.  It also has a feature that prevents jamming with your gun with it's anti-double ball feed detent.  The Spyder MR1 is an easy marker to use.  It has a slide out pull pin and strippable bolt that can be done in the field.  The marker creates an accurate scenario for military simulation.

The Spyder MR1 paintball gun is a semi-auto marker.  It has an aluminum body that won't rust.  The magazines are made with aluminum and are constructed to be Fore-Grip styled.  It features rubber grip panels to prevent slippage.  It has a trigger that is designed for two fingers.  The paintball marker operates on CO2 or compressed air.

A lot of people using the Spyder MR1 believe that it is a good entry level gun.  The weight and feel of the paintball marker gives the gun a realistic feel for military like scenarios.   The MR1 features a bottom line hose that is very thick.  This helps protect braids and keeps the gun durable.

One reviewer made the comment that he has shot over 500 rounds through the MR1 and did not have one "chop".  This is very good for a paintball marker.  The MR1 is easy to break down and clean if you do have a paintball break on you.  The reviewer feels that the marker is very accurate and is a great paintball gun right out of the box.

Another reviewer has the Spyder A5 and invested close to 1k into the marker.  According to him, the MR1 gives the A5 a run for the money.  With the stock barrel, the MR1 is super accurate and has a great stock barrel.  Really to start playing paintball out in the field, very little customization is needed.  You really can't beat the value of the MR1.  It's the best Military Simulation paintball marker that you can buy for the price.  A lot of people feel that the price is well worth the value of the MR1.
